We have stated before that we intend to showcase great music on this blog in addition to supplying info about the Sonorasaurus app. We are now proud to present our first label spotlight highlighting the UK’s THISISNOTANEXIT Records.
THISISNOTANEXIT put out their first record in late 2006 by They Came From The Stars (I Saw Them) and have kept up a steady output of great genre spanning releases ever since. From then until now the label has seen releases from The Detachments, Professor Genius, Spectral Empire and Parallels to name a few.
The best way for you to get a sense for THISISNOTANEXIT would be to hear the catalog and luckily label-head Simon A. Carr has provided a mix showcasing 2009′s releases.
